Series Limited Liability Company Filings
Effective July 1, 2026, Florida Limited Liability Companies can designate, change, dissolve, or cancel Florida Protected Series. This site is the only official way to file these protected series filings! You must have a Florida Limited Liability company on record with the Division of Corporations before you can designate a Florida protected series.

Have a credit card ready to pay the $25/protected series filing fee.
